Penobscot County, Maine Warrant Search

The Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office complies with the Maine Freedom of Access Act (FOAA) to provide warrant information to the general public. Record seekers may visit the office in person between Monday and Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., to submit a request for a warrant search. Those who are unable to visit the office may call (207) 947-4585 to check for active warrants. The records staff will need a name for the search.
